Himalayan salt contains 84 minerals and nutrients naturally found in the body. Through osmosis during massage, these nutrients penetrate the body and activate its natural healing mechanism to help restore balance. Additionally, these minerals are alkalizing and beneficial for the joints.
This massage tool takes a few minutes to heat to the desired temperature and provides soothing warmth that penetrates deeply into sore muscles. The heat combined with minerals promotes the elimination of toxins that can impede blood circulation.

Materials required for treatment
- 2 to 4 Himalayan salt balls
- 2 salt balls for a constant heat lasting approximately 20 minutes, the rest of the massage is done at the temperature stored by the body.
- 4 salt balls for an even more comforting treatment (heat throughout the treatment). Hold 2 balls in hand to start the massage and have 2 others waiting in your towel warmer to alternate as needed.
- A towel warmer or microwave

Instructions for use
Place the salt balls in a towel warmer 15 to 20 minutes before treatment OR in the microwave (heat for about 1 min 30 sec depending on the strength of the device)
During the massage
Always check the temperature of the salt balls before application. The slower the massage, the deeper the heat will penetrate into the muscles.
Maintenance
After each massage, clean with Melaleuca essential oil or with an alcohol-based disinfectant cleaner. Let it air dry completely.
Additional treatment
Complete the treatment with a therapeutic salt and MyoSel mud bath (in a clinic or at home). Excellent advanced mineral treatment!
The salt balls provide added value to clients as they can be used at home after the massage to treat muscle tension like tennis balls or simply placed in the bathwater at home. For the bath, the salt ball is reusable until completely dissolved. The number of baths varies depending on the bath temperature, bath duration, and bath type (static or therapeutic).
Warning
- Do not use lotion or massage cream, as the water in these products can make the salt ball rough.
- Do not use a wet heat source to keep the massage ball smooth for treatment.
