Directions for use
Massage: To obtain a 5% dilution, ideal for massages, mix 150 drops of essential oil (5 ml) with 100 ml of vegetable oil, alcohol-free gel, cream, or virgin massage emulsion.
Essential oil diffuser: Add 15 drops of essential oil to a diffuser for 10 to 15 minutes for a room of 10' X 12' (3 m X 4 m) or according to the size of the room.
Dry inhalation: Apply 2 or 3 drops of essential oil on a handkerchief and breathe for two minutes, morning and evening to help reduce stress.
Skin care: Put 5 drops of essential oil in 50 gr of moisturizing restorative cream. Apply morning and evening.
For neuralgia: Apply diluted at 50% directly to the painful nerve exits.
