Instructions for Use
Massage: To obtain a 5% dilution, ideal for massages, mix 5 ml of essential oil with 100 ml of vegetable oil, alcohol-free gel, cream, or virgin massage emulsion.
Essential Oil Diffuser: Add 15 drops of essential oil to a diffuser for 10 to 15 minutes once a day for a 10' X 12' (3 m X 4 m) room or according to the room size.
Optimal Placement: Treatment room, living room, family room, and bedroom.
Dry Inhalation: To improve self-confidence, put 1 drop pure on the inner wrists and breathe deeply.
