Lemon contains a high percentage of limonene, which is known for its antiseptic, antiviral, and sedative properties. Some scientific studies have confirmed that limonene is a very effective natural antidepressant. It is a valuable ally for optimizing essential oil formulations. It is also a powerful air decontaminant when diffused. The combination of its active ingredients gives it a significant effect in cellulite care. Its action is enhanced by rosemary and grapefruit.
