3 methods for using ARTHRO cups (as appropriate):

 1. Quick Method:Press and release the cup on the affected area, repeat as advised by the specialized therapist.

For static and dynamic use

2. Dynamic:To facilitate the smooth movement of the cup on the area you wish to relieve:

On dry skin: Apply massage oil or gel.
On wet skin: Apply body soap in the shower.

• Place the ARTHRO cup on your skin and compress from the top with your thumbs to create a vacuum suction.
  
• Use the cups in sweeping/gliding motions from bottom to top and/or in a zigzag pattern as advised by the specialized therapist.

3. Static:You can leave your cups on a problem area for 2 to 15 minutes to promote blood flow. You will notice the area becoming red – an indication of healthy blood circulation.

Maintenance

For professional use, clean with warm soapy water and disinfect withSaniGerm.For personal use, simply wash in warm soapy water.

Cups may become more opaque over time.

Possible side effects for dynamic use:

Temporary redness, tingling, or itching may occur, but are generally normal due to increased vascularity in the treated area. These effects will disappear shortly after the treatment/massage.

Possible side effects for static use:

Bruising or intense redness are normal for this type of application. All marks are temporary, but some may take up to a week or more to completely disappear. Darker discoloration is also normal and usually indicates more stagnation and waste products present in the area.

Never heat the cups. Do not boil or microwave. Do not use directly with pure essential oils. Keep out of reach of children.
