Adults and children (2 years and older):
Apply a thin layer evenly by massaging the affected area. Consult a healthcare professional if the condition worsens or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days.

NOTE : As we use good percentages of essential oils in this product, it is enough for these oils to be a little more colored and a little more aromatic and to have been produced at the beginning or at the end of a season for us to have a more or less pronounced color and scent.
The color of the product is expected to change from cream to pastel green and its scent to vary in intensity in terms of mint according to the seasons. This cream is made from natural ingredients and we are dependent on the results of nature and its seasons.
It is necessary to apply very little of this product to the painful area. As it is very active, a small amount is sufficient. A too large quantity of this product in combination with massage oil could cause the formation of small "lumps".
Medicinal ingredients
Arnica : Research at the "University of California San Francisco Medical Center" has shown that the topical application of arnica is very effective in reducing bruises, swelling, contusions, and inflammation.
MSM : Studies at the "University of Oregon Medical School" demonstrate that MSM has major pharmacological actions: anti-inflammatory and analgesic. Thanks to the sulfur it contains, MSM would help maintain connective tissues (tendons, deep dermis, collagen, cartilage, etc.).
Essential oil complex (field mint, peppermint, camphor,
eucalyptus globulus, rosemary, balsam fir menthol: Pain reliever, anesthetic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antibacterial. Refreshing, vascular and lymphatic stimulant. Helps relieve arthritic, rheumatic, and neuralgic pain.
Tocopherol (vitamin E): Antioxidant, moisturizing, helps slow down cell degeneration and promotes cell renewal.
Boswellia : Traditionally used to relieve arthritis pain. Boswellic acid and alpha-boswellic acid have anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic effects for acute and chronic pain. Boswellia significantly reduces swelling and inflammation, increases mobility, and thus effectively reduces pain.
