Preparation and startup
Make sure there are no foreign objects on the table before placing the cover.
- Roll the heated mattress pad from the top of the table to the bottom and secure the elastics to the 4 corners of the table.
- Make sure to cover the mattress topper with a sheet to protect it from sweat and oil.
- Connect the controller to the heating block and plug the power cord into the outlet.
- Press the power button (On/Off) to start.
Important note: If the LCD display shows "F", check that all connections are securely fastened. Unplug the controller from the socket and wait at least 20 seconds before plugging it back in.
NOTE: This mattress topper may not feel warm to the touch. The heat setting is designed to be felt only when the customer is lying or sitting on it.
Cleaning and storage
Cleaning and drying of the heated mattress pad:
Gently clean by hand with a damp cloth and a small amount of detergent, then lay flat to dry. Never put in the washing machine or dryer. Do not connect the mattress pad while drying. Do not dry in the sun and do not iron, as both methods would accelerate the aging of the insulating layer.
Cleaning the power cord:
Clean the surface with a neutral detergent and wipe with a soft cloth. Do not clean with an industrial solvent such as benzene or kerosene.
Storage:
The heated mattress topper must be completely dry before being stored. The mattress topper should be folded flat. Do not place under any heavy objects. Do not apply insecticides such as naphthalene, as this would damage the insulating material.

Warning: Always use the controller provided with the cover, no other brand of controller is allowed. When connecting, make sure to align the arrows towards each other on the ends of the tips.
Warning
- Do not fold or roll the heated mattress pad while it is in use, as irregular heat spikes will trigger the overheating protection system resulting in permanent damage. When an abnormal high temperature occurs, the temperature controller is automatically turned off for the user's safety.
- Do not use with other heat sources.
- Do not insert needles or pins, do not scratch the mattress topper with sharp objects, and do not hit the mattress topper with blunt objects.
