Directions for Use
Massage: To achieve a 5% dilution, ideal for massages, mix 5 ml of essential oil with 100 ml of vegetable oil, alcohol-free gel, cream, or virgin massage emulsion.
Essential Oil Diffuser: Add 15 drops of essential oil to a diffuser for 10 to 15 minutes in a 10’ X 12’ room (3 m X 4 m) or according to the room size.
Optimal Placement: Treatment room, living room, family room, and bedroom.
Dry Inhalation: Apply 2 or 3 drops of essential oil on a tissue and inhale for two minutes, morning and evening to help reduce stress levels.
