MyoPak Thermal Compress

MyoPak is a thermo-compressor that can be used cold or hot. Cold therapy Apply cold in case of: Sprains or strains Swelling or visible inflammation (tendonitis, sprain, superficial burn) Contusion or bruising Other muscular and articular injuries. The cold will have the effect of inflammation prevention after the injury. Avoid blood effusion Reduce muscle contractions and spasms Reduce pain Place MyoPak in the freezer about 1 hour before use. Wrap in a thin cloth and apply for about 10-15 minutes on the area to be treated. Heat therapy Apply heat in the presence of: Chronic or recurrent muscle pain Chronic or recurring joint pain Muscle stiffness or spasm The heat will have the effect of : Decreasing inflammation Increasing blood circulation Relaxing the muscles and increasing their elasticity Place MyoPak in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
