The Scots pine contains a high percentage of alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, and a little limonene. These active ingredients combined give it excellent activity against fatigue.
Furthermore, its decongestant action on the respiratory system makes it a great tool for respiratory congestion when used topically. It is also an ally in joint pain in formulations containing marjoram, rosemary, or balsam fir.
