The Basilisk contains a high percentage of the active ingredient called methylchavicol. Methylchavicol has antispasmodic, muscle-relaxing, and calming properties. It also contains a percentage of linalool, which is a recognized calming agent and anxiolytic.

User manuals
Massage: To achieve a 5% dilution, ideal for massages, mix 5 ml of essential oil with 100 ml of vegetable oil, alcohol-free gel, cream, or virgin massage emulsion.
Essential oil diffuser: Add 15 drops of essential oil to a diffuser for 10 to 15 minutes for a room of 10' X 12' (3 m X 4 m) or according to the size of the room.
Dry inhalation: Apply 2 or 3 drops of essential oil on a tissue and breathe in for two minutes, morning and evening to help reduce stress levels.
